Happy B-Day Nintendo!!

On this day 25 years ago Nintendo revived the videogame industry with this revolutionary system. I have so many memories with this that it pales in comparison to todays consoles. Heres to another 25 Nintendo and hope you keep going strong! As a tribute to one of the greatest companies that brought many icons I am going to be doing a full review on Kirby's Epic Yarn!! Stay tuned tomorrow for the review.

In the meantime I have question, what was your first game on the NES? Mine was Double Dragon =D

  1. Heh, my earliest memories from the NES was actually just watching my sister and my parents play various games like Super Mario, Tetris and Mega Man 4, as I myself was too young to understand the controls. When I was like 4 I got tired of just being the observer and I picked up the controller to play Super Mario Bros.
There's a great picture of me looking at the box of Mega Man 5 when I got it for christmas when I was 6, theres such a fascinated look on my face lol

Happy birthday! this console made me very happy (even though when I got it, it was already old, the console is older than me :P!)
My first game was a ninja turtles one, can't remember if it had a specific name. Either way it was butthard compared to most of today's games.
